Both of the Condominium Boards have renegotiated restoration terms with Cotton. The payment to start the Bay Water Condominiums was provided to Cotton on Saturday and as of today it is in their bank accounts. Since they have that funding they are now willing to start the restoration of the Villas Condominiums at the same time as the Bay Water Condominiums.
This is great news but of greater necessity is the need to obtain the second assessment from both the Bay Water and the Villas Associations. The due dates are February 28, 2009 but it is needed now so that we can continue to fund Cotton’s restoration scope of services. The boards anticipate the first funding from Lexington within the next two weeks, it will take all these funding mechanisms to keep the following schedule:
