Bay Water Pool Update

We are excited to let you all know that your Bay Water pool has been repaired! These repairs included new plaster and replacement of all mechanical equipment that was damaged. It will take a few days for the pool to fill completely. In a few days the pool furniture will be power washed and reset to pre Ike conditions. We are also finalizing the completion of repairs to interior and exterior of the buildings and landscaping items. We are excited about the progress that has been made. As for the Beach Club all functional areas are operational with the exception of the BBQ grills on the pool deck. The new pool cabana arrived last week and we have scheduled it to be installation.
