The following buildings and units have no damage, the power and water is on, and the Fire Safety in place and can be occupied. Please remember that the elevators are still not running. We are waiting on the insurance company to finish the review of the elevators repair bids.
The water is on to all of the units in the buildings listed below. However, the other units had damage caused by the storm and are not repaired yet so they could be missing alarm sirens for Fire safety. So it is not recommended that these units or any units that took damage be occupied until build back is complete.
Keep in mind that not all of the units listed have had the ball valve over the water heater turned on so that will have to be done before use. It should also be said that you will want to flush out the pipes for at least ten minutes at all fixtures before use. It has been awhile since they have been on and there most likely will be a smell of rotton eggs due to the sulfer in the water.

As for the other units and buildings, I am waiting for the City to conduct its inspection and approve the power to be reconnected at the water pump buildings before we can complete the last little bit of Fire Safety work needed to turn the water on. Keep in mind that there are some buildings that will not have water due to the extensive damage they took from the storm and the plumbing repairs in the garages will have to wait till the reconstruction starts.
