Updated IRC Damage Reports

The IRC damages reports that were revised in December 2008 have now been posted to the POA's website for download and review. The initial reports are no longer on the website. However, if you need a copy of the earlier reports please send an email to Matt Prince at mrpconstruction@rocketmail.com.
