The Bay Water pool repairs are now under way. The pool is currently undergoing retro fitting to ensure that we are compliant with the new federal law for the VGBA pool safety act of 2009. When the retro fit is completed the re-plastering of the pool, lazy river and hot tub will start along with the repairs of all in-pool lighting. All pool pumps and related equipment have been repaired with the exception of the pumps that control the flow of our lazy river. At the same time, Pampered Lawn has started to clean up the landscaped areas inside the pool area. We are working on schedule with Pampered Lawns to install new and replace any expired vegetation in the coming months. Lastly, Cotton USA has been contracted to start the required roof repairs.
The Beach Club will also undergo the same retro fitting required by the VGBA pool safety act. In the coming weeks, the Hot Tub and the Kiddie pool will be drained and prepared for the necessary repairs. Cotton USA will also complete the needed roof repairs. All internet, television and cable service have been restored at the Beach Club and all functional areas of the Beach Club are open!
