I just wanted to follow up with you regarding the Bay Water pool. The electrical repairs and water service have been restored. The pool clean up process started on Monday. Progressive Pools started to drain the lazy river and hot tub first thing. That process will take a day or so. Over the next week they will begin working on the pool pumps, jets and river flow and begin repair/replace the required items which could take a few weeks depending on what they find. The last step for Progressive will be to clean up all of the debris within the gated area (with the exception of the landscaping). Once the pool repairs are completed we will move towards repairing the towel room, restrooms and so on. The final step in the process will be to complete the landscaping. I hope this helps in keeping you up to date as our team is working hard at restoring Pointe West to pre Ike conditions.
