This is just a quick update on the roof repairs:
All of the villa roofs have been repaired and the roofing company is over on the bay side now starting on those structures. The buildings are going in no particular order other than just staring at one end and moving down the line. (East to West)
Building CAPTAINS:
I would like to schedule a post remediation walk through with you. This would be a time when you could come down and we would walk through all the units in your building together and I can answer some of the more individual questions coming from the owners in your structure. If you could please send me an email so that we can set a date to make this happen.
The fire safety issues are still being worked on and I am sticking to my same time frame which is around the middle of January for these items to be complete.
Also I will not be on site Tuesday the 23rd through Christmas and will return back on Monday the 29th. I will be checking my voicemail/email and will be following up with trades via phone and email if questions come up.
