Matt Prince, the restoration manager hired by the association, began work this week. He is in the process of reviewing what the associations have done to date with regards to the reconstruction process. Currently, he is walking all units with Cotton's tear out team to review the work that they completed and signing off on this stage of the reconstruction effort.
Matt Prince is located onsite and will be available to answer any questions that individual homeowners may have about the status of their units/building. He will also be posting regular updates to the blog with regards to the status of reconstruction.
