A Terramesa representative is currently onsite assessing the current state of the property.
Initial reports are as follows:
1. Exterior of buildings looks good
2. Landscaping is intact
3. Fair amount of sand deposited on the State Highway from the Bayside
4. Small fishing pier was lost
5. Shingle damage on the multi-level units
6. Dunes are gone
